Sweet Potato Sliders

Serves: 4
  • 2 Medium to Large Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp All Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • ½ Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Avocado (sliced)
  • 2 cups Romain Lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Wash sweet potatoes and then cut into 1 inch slices.
  3. Melt coconut oil and coat the sweet potato slices.
  4. Cover one pan with parchment paper, place individual slices onto pan and then place into oven.
  5. Cook 25-30 minutes, flipping half way through.
  6. In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and all purpose seasoning.
  7. Heat your grill and then form 6 patties from the beef mixture.
  8. Place patties on grill and cook until desired doneness.
  9. Assemble each slider by placing one potato slice on bottom, burger on top of that, sliced avocado, sliced bell pepper, onion, and any other topping you desire. Place a potato slice on top and enjoy!
