Serves: 3-4
  • 1 lb grassfed ground beef
  • 1 TBS sesame oil
  • 1 thumb sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 TBS minced garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • ⅓ cup coconut aminos
  • 1 bag frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup chopped raw fresh carrots
  • ½ cup chopped raw purple cabbage
  1. Add sesame oil and ground beef on heated skillet at medium heat.
  2. While beef is cooking stir in ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, garlic, onion, pepper, and coconut aminos.
  3. Cook until beef is brown throughout.
  4. Serve over caulirice or brown rice (if you are not doing whole 30). Add raw veggies to your bowl- stir it all together and add a dash of coconut aminos on top for extra flavor.
